Bring your A/C and misters. . . get's a little warm up there that time of year. . . that sand just seems to reflect the heat

Thanks for the heads up, lucky for us there will be several toy haulers and RVs on the Fathers Day trip. We will be tenting, but only to sleep and we have one of those 12X12 ft fold up canopies to help keep the sun of of us.

What kind of temps are we looking at? I looked at weather.com and it did not look too bad, but then again thats for Fallon and not near as reliable as someone that been up there.

Will it be crowded?

Thanks again.

Don't think I've ever been there in June. . . I doubt it will be that packed.

I use the Weather Channel. You can check the averages. Hopefully it is a cooler weekend for you.

Still thinking of rigging up a mister for my sun-shade. . . should be able to get a small water-pump and hook it up to a 5-gallon jug or something to mist for a while. Dunno. . .

I had other things I was paying attention to yesterday, but Crash said there were a lot of DS's at Sand Mountain. Anyone from the forum that was there?
