The first 5 years were without 65hp...the second is with 65hp...I trail ride this quad and dune it...I put tons of hours on this machine...every season I do rip it down for new rings...it's called maintence and takes maybe a hour and $40.00...This is were people are mislead about 2 strokes they think they can ride forever and never touch them and as soon as something goes wrong they are ticked...

 

Are you calling reliability having to replace rings every season.... I've got 4 years on my 4 stroke and probably won't have to replace the rings for.... uh I don't know, maybe 10 more years. But you are sticking to your guns about 2 strokes being reliable huh?

 

I do it cause I choose to... My buddy has a stock 250r on the orginal top end...explain that? must not be reliable...

 

I bet he doesn't have a bunch of mods, or a big bore.

 

It cost money to win just some have to pay alot more than others....It cost you double or triple what I put into a rebuild and cost you double or tripple to build something fast enough to even get close to me...

 

Sounds like your broad comment of 2 strokes arent reliable doesnt work for all then does it...maybe you should specify next time before misinforming everyone again...

 

First of all, I won't need a rebuild for years. Second, all racing costs money. Add in your yearly rebuilds + your time + your mix oil + misc. parts, and you are right there with me in costs and performance.

You must be using the crack head calculator....Get some knowledge about what stuff cost and who is acutally winning cause it aint you and your weak DS

 

Sounds like your buddy dosn't have a fast bike... stock 250r.... hahahahahahah... he not going to beat me up the hill. We were talking about built 2 strokes... if you are pushing a two stroke you WILL have to rebuild, no doubt about it. But why do you keep changing the subject everytime I make a point. Are we talking about rebuilds or costs or what? Last there's no misinformation here... everyone in this forum was smart enough to buy a 4 stroke. Go back to the Yamahopper forum if you want to play my bike faster than yours, cause the DS is faster then them all this year... just ask Sandbomber.
