outy leaky oul seal fix?

Default outy leaky oul seal fix?
My buddies outy 400 is leaking oil at the shaft right were the shaft and front part of the motor. IM assuming that it is the seal. How hard is it to change and how much is a seal. Suggestions please. thanks
