does anyone know about an exhaust system, (slip on or full) that would fit on a ds250, i havent found any mods for it (other than an axle) cuz its a first year model and no one produced mods for it yet


and, if i take the airbox lid off, i would have to rejet, but cant i just turn the pilot screw instead, which way do you turn the screw on other models to make the airfuel mixture richer, clockwise (tighter) or counterclockwise (looser)

i have a shop manual for it that shows a bit how the carb is put together, and it says the main jet is 105, and the pilot jet is 35

I believe that kymco is almost exactly the same quad as the ds 250 the mongoose 250 has the same engine and just about everything else so you should be able to get something from there

The Kymco exhaust I've seen is a full system and runs 369 bucks. Here is a link.

 

the ds250 engine is designed by rotax and made in taiwan, it is not a kymco engine, and i saw a picture of the exhaust pipes and it would never fit it a ds250,

kymco makes the arctic cat 250, not the ds250

could i put a ds650 carb in my ds250, how much do they cost or just how much does a 35mm-42mm carb cost?

I'm waiting for a exhaust to the ds250. I have purchased it from germain. You can see some pictures of the exhaust here exhaust.

Plus shipping. I had seen that exhaust before from a dealer in England, but don't think it's worth that type of money.

Seems you could have a custom one made here in the US for that price.

Well, I'm living in Norway and it's a little easier for me to buy accesories from Germain :-). The price is high, but I whish to improve the performance even though I have to pay for that...

Well, that does make a little more sense. Shipping from here to there would probably eat up any savings you would have found.
