Three weeks ago I ordered a 730 cylinder and have not heard anything from them since.
They do not answer the phone or any e-mail.

 

I have the same question. About a month ago I ordered a throttle cable and some jets. I haven't received the parts and can't contact them by phone or email yet? Not real happy about it.

I seen Eric and Randall at the Clash of the Titans a few weeks ago and just assumed everything was ok.

 

I'd like to know too. I've been calling and emailed them. I want to order an exhaust system.

 

I tried sending a PM to eric like 2 months ago and never got a response and tried randall about a month ago and got nothing form there either....

hmmm anyone know anything at all?

I need to order some oil!

 

I tried email them about hubs a month or so ago twice and NEVER got a response.

 

I sent them a message on the 13th and they sent one back on the 17th. this is what hp wrote back "We are temporarily out of stock on endcaps. We should have a run of Top Guns by the end of the month.
Sorry, I hate not having products to sell!"

 

They are still there. Very busy, and trying hard. I recieved an e-mail responce back from Randall, and a phone back from Eric.

 

i have been calling for 3-4 months now with no answer, email 5 times with no answer, i always get voice mail that says to send email but what is the use if i dont get a reply, i read somewhere that randall works late and it is easier to catch him after 9pm, dont know for sure, beginning not to care............
