ds 650 build

Hello every one.
Im new here and just looking for some suggestions. or critiqs

IN THE BIKE ALREADY

I have an 01 ds 650 with woods racing rev box, woods racing full exhaust, tm45 carb with excelerator pump, ported larger intake manifold, k&n filter.

MODS TO COME THIS WEEK.

720 KIT FROM JE
INCLUDES 105MM SLEEVE, 11:5:1 PISTON, RINGS, CIRCLIPS, RIST PIN, GASKET SET.

WEB CAMS 110 GRING AND DUAL VALVE SPRINGS WITH TITANIUM SHIMS AND RETAINERS.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY RECOMMENDATIONS OR COMMENTS IM ALL EARS.

Default ds 650 build

Personally that sounds like a good start for mods, but would also look into getting the 520 kit for the chain and look into lightening the hubs so you can releave some weight on the rotating mass. I would also get yourself a stronger clutch to deal with the extra power you are making. That is just about all I can think while running on pump gas. welcome to the forums.

Runs a 730 kit from OMW with web109's and a 48mm lectron. It has some serious torque!

and if you got the money i'd say throw a bigger carb on it too and it should be a monster

I prefer the 109's over the 110's
