Default Time to upgrade?

im curious as to what the atv laws are in other states? in WI anything over 800cc is not considered an atv and cannot be rode on trails so i makes no sense to make something bigger than that

That makes a great point. I'd like to see road legal atv's nation wide. Not those three wheel tricycle thing. Maybe this is the first step?
