Still having all types of problems with ours. Won't run in sand at all, even with paddles and minor mods. Bike is overheating, melting cranckcase breather hose, still low oil level, slight oil leak coming from bottom of motor and spark plug is completely black. Going back to dealer for third time because bike lost all power. Bike runs but when you give it gas it bogs out and don't move. Let bike sit about two weeks and can't duplicate no power problem. Dealer aint ever going to fix it right, but you know it won't run when I go up Presidents Day. Anyone know why crank case breather hose has a lot of fuel in it when bike is running.

Just picked up my sons ds 90x yesterday. I took it out this morning with my gps and I got to 18.4 mph. I then brought it back to the garage and pulled out the sparks arrestor and unpluged the grey wire that you guys are talking about then took it back out for another run this time I got to 22.3 mph. Not a big increase in top speed but it seems more responsive. One thing it does need is a clutch kit, it has to rev up quite a bit before the clutch engages! I think this bike has potental but it will need a pipe and clutch and maybe a cdi.Hopfully we will start to see some parts for this bike soon.

Go to MaximumRPM. I called them yesterday and he's shipping me the clutch upgrade kit now. I also got my name placed on the waitlist for the CDI box and exhaust.

Just got off the phone with Hetrick racing. They have already tested CDI< Pipe, and new clutch springs. They said it was like night and day, the bike woke up. Ordered today, should be to me in about 2 weeks I was told. Does anybody know anything about changing the springs in a cvt transmission?

I ordered a pipe from Hetrick and a CDI should be here next week sometime. I thought I would go ahead and pull the jets out of it and get some bigger ones before all the parts showed up. I pulled the main jet out and there was a #80 in it, went to the can am dealer and they pulled it up on the computer and tells me he cant get that jet because it has a smaller thread than a standard jet. I then went to a motocycle shop and they told me the samething. Does any dody know where to get jets for this bike? I went to Can Ams web page but they dont even list the jet it the micro fish parts locater!!! Whats up with this? Is there a dyno jet jit for this? Or do I have to by a diffrent carb? Any help would be great. Thanks
