AZSAND,
No doubt that's a fine looking turbo. But if you are the only one who has it,
than its just for braggin, because no one else can have one evidently.
TVI turbos have not been reported to be as nice as yours.
Too bad, it looks highly marketable; but a customer base of one
is hard to expand upon. If TVI knew what you do, then they may still be in business perhaps - ??
Regards

Actualy mine is a tvi 800 turbo with some KMS parts. It is the only bike with 125+ hp that runs no less then one event a month and has been running almost three years on the same build. No one and i mean no one has come close to building such a storng contender. And it is a forced air induction fuel injected 800 tvi in a Dave Moore monorail frame.I do belive there are blow threws out there running. One of the KT guy's told me he had a good luck with a blow threw system on a raptor. And thanks james for the help.YOUR THE MAN.Oh by the way james were going old school on the tvi 800 toy bike im going nitro again. i belive it will contend with the turbo After a tad of tweeking the monorail frame is unbeatable dave moore had a great job in design he just needs a better welder.

Thanks dudes,
I have finally bought a CarQuest/Airtex E2315/38gph/max 125psi for peanuts ($50 from ebay),
The pressure regulator will be replaced by a filter/regulator unit for BMW F650GS as soon as I get the fuel system working.
I used the OEM rubber manifold, ported for the different center line of the throttle bodies, the The OEM CLT sensor will be used for a start.
Still waiting for the Innovate LC-1 WB controller, I already have a BOSCH LSU4.2 WB sensor to complement it.
The return line to tank will be installed under the tank (left) on the other side of the petcock. Still need to find the correct nipple.
Still waiting for the MiniMS V2.2 ECU from Mtech Automotive. %$#&&%&
FYI I will keep posting throughout this conversion, from the start to the very end (final ECU tuning).
