Default Still gettin blue flames!!

I turned the needle in to make it richer but I still get blue flame.I checked plugs they are black, so I leaned it until it won't start unless I give it gas then richen it a 1/4 turn.It starts without touching the gas but still shoots blue flame when I jab the throttle.I just put on a ron wood exhaust I have checked it for exhaust leaks.Could I still have a small leak?Could it be my cdi? I have a Lectron 48 dpj and ron wood exhaust everything else is stock.

Pull the jet out of the power-jet and also do not reinstall screw, this will deactivate the power-jet.
Install one fresh spark plug.
Go for a ride and do some high speed passes.
Pull plug after runs.
If plug is white and no blue flame - jet for power-jet was too large.
Install smaller jet.
If plug is black and still has blue flames. Lower float bowl level .060 and retests.
May have to lower again if better but still lightly shooting blue flames.
Once blue flames stop, bottom power will be weak. reinstall jet for power-jet.

With float bowl(18) in hand, measure from top of float bowl surface to top of each float(19). Record. Bend each float down .060, they should also be the same depth.
As floats are deeper, the pad between floats and pin(13) will hit the needle seat(21) sooner.

I fixed the blue flame problem! I took a rubber malet and tapped the heat sheild mounts to seat the header better. Now I have two more problems,I do a couple of passes and when I shut it off it won't start back unless I press in all the way on the thumb throttle. While trying to fix this It stopped charging again even though I never touched the grounds after the ground modification.

Did you sand the grounding areas it sounds liker your tapping disturbed a ground. And im not the guru most on here are with carbs But all my bikes with lectrons would not start with out depressing the throttle.

I grounded to a head bolt, from there the main frame(moved factory ground there too)then from there back to subframe.Could I test the stator at the plug to see if its charging.I bought another stator and flywheel on ebay so I could lighten it,but its been a month and its not here yet!He says he mailed it but unless UPS started using camels he probably lied.
