Anyone with experience please chime in!

I'm putting Floats on this weekend a looking for a good starting point on pressure.

I'm around 220Lbs ready to ride. My DS will be around 475Lbs Wet.

Mostly trail and dune ride, not the fastest but I like to shoot the hills and run the bowls.

Where did you pick up your floats, and what did they run you? I like the idea of the weight savings. People claim its like riding on air! I think there are 1-2 people on here with floats so hopefully somebody chimes in for you. You just doing the fronts, or F&R?

 

I got them from Velocity Racing and I hope some one chimes in. I know Fox send them preset at 50Lbs, but hoping someone has done some playing around with them and will share.

I will be weighing the stock shocks and the floats as installed and let you the weight savings.

 

I have been researching the Floats myself and most have said that the ride gets a bit rough over 60 psi. Defititely post the weight difference!

 

Stock shocks on my postal scale, 7Lbs 4oz ea.

Floats with roost guard installed 3Lbs 6oz ea.

Total weight savings = 7.75Lbs
