I was just wondering how do i align my frontend!! i was in a head on collision and lost the whole left side. I decided to fix it and the shop workers did a poor job with the alignment. so i was tinkering around with the tie rods and eye-balled it. it was somewhat straight, but i think i need glasses...ha. lol then i decided to measure the distance from the front and back of the rims to a center bolt holding down the skidplates, and made sure both distances where equal. still no luck. just wondering if anyone else had any ideas to get the wheels straight on her. thanks

You need to measure from the fronts of the wheels and the back of the wheels... measuring wheel to wheel front and back with your bars straight. Making sure your bars are straight is the biggest issue. If you are off you can make small adjustments side to side until it feels right. When everything is good and straight, and with you sitting on the bike (you will need 2 people) adjust 1/4inch toe in on the front... so that the front wheel to wheel measurement is 1/4inch larger than the rear. This should only be a small adjustment... just make sure you turn each tie rod the same amount to keep them even.

alright thanks a bunch!!! oh i have another question.. do u reccomend any jet kits??? i saw dyna jet kits and stuff, and i went to the alba racing page and looked up my exact exhaust and it said i needed like a 185 main jet or something. with the dyna jetkit all i saw was stage 1 and 3 jet kits. so im not sure which one i would need. i dont know much mechanical stuff about these machines so i would really appreciate ur knowledge and input. thanks

Yea a 185 Mikuni jet should be about right... the dynojet kits are numbered differently than the Mikuni jets though, so be aware of which jet you are installing. I'm guessing that the stage 1 and 3 are just different ranges in the jets. I would call dynojet to ensure you are getting the right range of jets for your mods and alltitude.
