Not getting gas to carb

Default Not getting gas to carb
I just got an outlander 330 so i dont know much about this bike. It seems to be not getting gas to the carb. the fuel is on and it has gas. I may be just having a serious brain fart but does anybody have any suggestion to why this is happening? thanks
