Is anyone else limited to running 20 inch tires with these? Mine will rub the tire if i go any bigger, its a 2000 model with an 05 swingarm so its a little shorter. Anyone have the AC's on a newer model and have this problem?

I believe I have the AC's on my 03 and I have 22inch haulers with tons of clearance but I have the longer swingarm but i didn't think the 05's were that much shorter?

 

When i had the longer swingarm on there was lots of clearance, but now if I have 22's it rubs when i bottom the suspension out. I had to go to 20's and loose the ground clearance and that sucks.

 

Do you have room to add a link to your chain and rotate the carrier back for a little more room?

 

Good idea, i just got my new 520 sprockets from RWR yesterday, when it warms up enough to put them on i'll maybe try that.

 

I have AC pro pegs and 22 haulers on a stock swing arms and the fit fine.
