ds650 tie rods

Default ds650 tie rods

does any1 know if 05 ds650 tie rods will fit on a 01 ds650 if they dont do you know why by any chance

I don't think they are a direct replacement but I don't know for a fact. What I do know is that a stock front end on an 01' is 50" and the 05' is 48" I believe. So it's seems that they would fit but be stretching to fit safely. Also you can have Armadillo make you some custom ones for like $70 or $80. I think that's what I think I paid. They are a really nice bare stainless tie rod. I got them because I went with +1" arms in the front.

They are a direct replacement. THere is no difference in front end width. All DS model years are the same width up front. In 04 they went to a 2" narrower rear axle. Some seem to think they also narrowed up the front end but that is not true...

my tie rod ends are getting a little sloppy, who, what, and where for some decent affordable tie rod ends.

Check out American Star Racings website. They have all sorts of tie rod ends. I'm sure they'll have what you need. Give them a call if you need specifics.
