My TM is not sesitive at all, but I did spend the time to get it really dialed in.

 

I have the same issue with mine. I pulled the carb and found a bent needle valve. Hope that's it. I have the TM45 with a 96 needle with the clip at the bottom. 155 main jet. I didn't really notice any difference during a roll off test.
