Fellows I am all to familiar with Bombs customer service. I bought my DS in March of last year and rode it every saturday for about 3hrs until November when my engine started making some strange noises and loosing power. I took it to my dealer who told me the engine was toast for no apperant reason and it would cost $3000 to repair. Parts needed crank assembly, bushings, gasket kit, case, cylinder and piston kit "WTF" this is an 8 month old bike I paid nearly $8000 for it and now it needs a new motor! To make a long story short my bike is still at the shop, sitting out in the rain, sun, snow and has who knows how many bird stains on it. So much for my $8000 dollar investment. Oh Ive talked to customer service and my dealer what seems like a hundred times now, I suppoose Ill wait for them to figure it out.

Their Customer service is okay. My dealer was second to none, because CS sucked. I had to pull teeth to get anything out of CS. I finally was advised to modify my bike to get it to breathe because it was backfiring, spitting and sputtering. Aftermarket parts fixed my bike. I also was given an extended 6 month warranty that was useless because of crappy winter weather here in Missouri. Should have put on my paddles in the snow

I'm sticking with Honda from now on. The DS 650 was my first non-Honda product, and my last.
