Default Difference between 2004 DS650 Frame and 2003

Is there a difference between the frame from a 2004 DS650 and a 2003?

I have a 2004 (dated 07/2003) that is in need of a new frame. Will one from a 2003 (dated 06/2002) be an exact, or even good, replacement?

No changes to the DS frame were ever made. All years are identical with the exception of paint color.

Pipe is right.
Swing arm bolt is smaller on the later DS's that had the aluminum arm. I have both style frames sitting in my garage.

The early and late swing arms have the same size bore for the bushings so you can use either frame with either arm with the bushings that match the frame bolt.

I also have late and early sub frames in the garage, they are the same but for color.
