Default Plug reading help

Hey guys, I'm not that great at reading plugs so I was hoping to get a little help. Not sure but the plugs don't really look right to me. It's an '01 DS650, stock except for K&N and no airbox lid. They had a 190 main and a 45 pilot in there. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated. I guess it isn't the best picture.. Also, anyone know where I can get an airbox lid?

What kind and brand of gasoline? How much time on that plug? It's not lean that's for sure.

Hey Doc, thanks for the reply. I'm using 91 octane and there was probably around 20-30hrs on that plug, however, I just put on a power tip end cap, dynojet kit (180 main and dyno needle) and a #40 air jet. Took it for a rip today and it seems to be running good but it might be getting hotter than usual. Hard to tell, but I'll have an inline temp gauge soon. I have some new plugs so when I get a chance I'll try do the plug test. I'll post back with an update and maybe some pics if I can't figure out how to read it properly. I'd like to complete the OMR carb mods before testing though.

Can you show pics of the oil temp gauge?
