Curious what the OP ended up with. I nearly bought the Can Am, but ended up with AC TRV 700 XT EPS. The 700 has good low end grunt, but the turbo diesel will eat it's lunch. Wish the diesel had the EPS! Honestly, what turned me off the Outlander was, the dealer! Within 30 seconds, it was obvious the owner was a flaming butt hole! The AC dealer has been awesome...

I ended up with a 2017 Honda Rubicon DCT EPS, IRS. Very happy with it so far and doesn't seem to be any shortage of power for me

A coworker of mine just bought pretty much the exact same quad. He seems pretty happy with his too. It was a step up in power over his Foreman 450 he traded in.

Spend the extra $ on an XMR and clutch it. Got my wife a 650 XMR and I take it out every now and then. Good power for it's size and no worries with radiator problems with the factory relocate and snorkels. If you're going to be pulling I'd go up to an 850 XMR and clutch it.
