Hiper does do a warranty exchange for a bad part not because u forgot to tighten down the bead locks and your tire fell off and u want to blame it on the quality of the wheel . I run the same wheels on my DS that u do and have yet to have the bead ring come loose.I understand that they may not be the right wheel for u but, just because u cant get enough arm strength to tighten bead locks down doesn't mean somebody else cant. So in return that would make it a good choice of wheel for anybody who could bench press any thing over 75 lbs. I'M HOLDING TO MY OPINION

Lighten up Michigan Man! It sounds like were flinging a little to much testoterone here! Everyone is entitled to there opinion, but there is no need to get abrasive. A lot of people are starting to get a little testy on this forum, I think?! Can't we all just get along!? LOL

Air I am glad the wheels work out for you. I had only had a few problems with them. The rear offset made my DS narrower, the fronts were not wide enough and the black color added air pressure in the dunes on sunny days. At first they leak air and I made it back to camp with 1 lbs of air in the fronts. Then Hiper-tech sent me the rubber gaskets no more air leak. I think they are the hot set up for the trails but not for the dunes and deserts.

Has anyone shatterd there Hiper-Tech wheels yet? That was the biggest problem with the wheel for Desert racing. Instead of bending and you could maybe pound it back enough to hold air the Hiper rim would break into 3 to 6 pieces. Not just one time, I have seen 3 rims do it myself and heard of many more. There are 2 well known desert racers that will not use them anymore. Just my 2 cents, the rims are junk. Look cool though!

I thought i was the only smarta$$ on these forums. I like to argue to get to the nitty gritty. So do not hold back on my sake. Take the gloves off Marky it is your turn.

I am looking at putting carbon fibers on the Raptor, mainly for the looks. I am now concerned about Marky's claim of them comming apart. I have build a high HP machine and do not want that problem.
