How fast will a Traxter XT run?
#2
Well just to let you know, my father inlaws really supprised me, he has a 2001 traxter XT and it has a top end of 55mph. I couldn't believe it could run that fast. My 2000 Grizz smokes it but i'm automatic too and have 100CC's on him. But for a geared bike it really goes it just takes time to get there, My buddy has a 400 Kodiak auto and he flew by him off the start, I look back and the XT ends up passing him barely but he did.
It also seems to be a very good work bike too, so if you work it hard its good.
2000 Grizz
3700 km's and not a hickup.

It's also more expensive because it has over 2000.00 of extras on it, wheel kit, and Warn winch.
The only thing is for cold weather you need to have the best oil for cold weather starting and it will have no problems.
he had 10W30 and it had a hard time starting in the cold but when he got the best for cold weather it never had any problems after that.

Arctic If you buy now the traxter xt should be right in the ballpark of other 500cc machines. Bombardier is offering a 1000.oo rebate on traxters. You should be able to buy one for about 6000.00 If not let me know our dealer will sell you one. It's worth it. This is one of the best built quads on the market. After a year iv'e had no problems with mine and i don't baby it.
