I can't believe it, 1,000 posts....I'd like to thank the Academy.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.....yeah, I know....But I have enjoyed writing and reading as well as the great information exchange on this great sport.
......I just can't imagine any other way I could have improved my writing and typing skills the way being involved with this Forum has.
I had typing in High School a zillion years ago and used to type a few letters a year. Instead of writing a rough draft out longhand as I used to, now I can just rip it off on the computer keyboard, correcting and editing as I go. So it has been much more than just a frivolous pursuit, it has been a skill-building and rewarding intellectual process. Humor, sarcasm, technical questions and answers, even finding new friends and riding buddies have all been the rewards of the countless hours I've spent in front of this silly box over the last two and a half years I've been on this forum.
.......So thanks ATV connection guys, and thanks to all the guys on all the forums too, from Arctic Cat to Yamaha, it's all been fun.

I agree 100% with the title of your post. And I will agree a second time on the existance of this thread. If that makes sense.
