I don't know if anyone is interested, but I found a website that sells inexpensive gauges to check/set your toe and camber on your atv's. Check out the pricelist for the quads. I would like to be able to do this myself.

Toe and camber gauges.

Yeah, I haven't had a chance to really test it out yet, but I will let you know! It sounds and revs a little different than stock and you can push it more between gears than I could before. It feels stronger just putting around.

Toe guage update. If you order one of these guages be sure and tell them the width of your front end of the quad. He will custom make the width for you. He is making me one that is 60 inches wide, plenty wide enough for the 00 and 01 DS650.Very nice folks!

That looks like the expensive way to go.You can buy a degree finder at any hardware store for about 7 bucks, atleast thats what I did and I had to adjust caster, camber, and toe on my arms.

Great! It just looked like an easy way to check and set your "toe"! So I ordered one of the toe gauges.

Toe guage update: Got my new toe guage in today from the link in the previous post. I checked my stock 01 ds front end with the new toe guage and it showed to be set at 1/16 of an inch toe out. Made a couple of adjustments to the tie rods and set it right on the money at 1/8 of inch toe out. The guage is very light and easy to use. If you do order one be sure and have it built 60 inches wide to give you enough width for the DS front end.
