I bought the silly MX pants last summer. They look great. AXO in yellow and black to match the DS. But I can't stand wearing them in the heat, even though they are supposed to "breathe" they felt like I was wearing a garbage bag. So I figured they were for racing and would be okay in the winter. But they're cold this time of year. When are these things comfortable?
..... I like jeans, black jeans in the summer, and black jeans with long underwear in the winter. I'm okay with the jersey, and I wear a black leather jacket over it when it's cold. My Helmet and gloves are Yellow and Black so everything is at least color coordinated. The Black outfit with the yellow accents looks pretty cool.
... It's a Bond thing, James Bond.

James Bond or a bumble bee? I perfer freeride pants with long johns underneath. Got to look sharp on the sport quads! Nothing beats a rolling advertisement for the manufactures.

 

Maybe those pants were designed for another hemisphere where the seasons are opposite ours! hmmmm?

 

You ride in dusty conditions....right? Do you ever have to cross small creeks? We all get rain from time to time....so occasionally mud would pop up on a ride?? You ride in a leather jacket? Do you wear jewelry too? hehe...I'd say fashion statement. As you already know....just joking with 'ya.

 

I wear Hot Chili's (Ski wear)in the winter under my riding pant's they work great.Just don't get caught with just the Hot Chili's on, they look like spandex [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

I've got black & white AXO's also and yea, they feel hot in the summer. I bring alot of extra water with me if it's over 90 and try to stay soaked down as much as possible. It was 110 at Hungry Valley last July, but I was able to go for 20 mins at a pop using this method. As far as cold goes, been out in temps as low as high 30's and still sweated like crazy.

Also, just got a pair of Fleshgear Crusty's (black on black) and they are WAY more comfortable than MX pants. Lots of room to layer for cold weather, but I imagine they will feel hot this summer.

Everyone else,
Whenever I go to my usual riding spot with just my yellow thong & I stand up to take the bumps fast this one guy always winks & smiles at me.... He must think I'm a good rider or something.

Seriously though there is one peice of clothing I got compliments on while riding. It was my white T-shirt with the words "f**k you I have enough friends"
