They had both Knutz and Jeff's 760 there. It was before Jeff went to the dual carbs. The Bike that they reveiwed was Knutz though. They will tell you that the 760 ran neck and neck with the other two but winning the majority, with Jeffs Neither could come close. Now that is it dualed with NOS...ouch

The Duncan Racing preped LT500 was a close race with my personal DS760[base level] used for the magazine review. Every rider that came off of them after racing had the same thing to say though. Had my bike been lowered and had the extended swing arm that the LT had, the races would not have been close. The only way to keep the front end down, was to back out of the throttle.

The Banshee that is pictured in the article was raced against the 2 760's and the LT500 only a couple of times and then parked. It wasn't even in the same class.

When you get to the level that Jeff's bike is at now, I don't think it can be beet by a production motor/chassis that still runs on the same fuel. I haven't done an alchohol motor yet, so I can't say if an alchohol 760 can take an alchohol banshee.

Hey 14, When you come up here to LS, their will be plenty of Zilla's to to race. I can run even with a good strong stock Zilla, But the ones with mods have great mid to topend speed. I Have two friends with modified LT's(LRD pipe,bored120 over, bigger carb, ported)Both bike's are very fast and can put about 8-10 bike lengths on my DS(200yrd drag). So I would think your 686, would do the same too. I sure hope that you don't Blow head-gaskets like those two boys do.
