I finally got a pipe.

Decided on the Pro Circuit after the Raptor / 400EX exhaust shootout.

Bought it through Rocky Mt. ATV for around $190.

It mounted up easily, boy is it lighter than the stocker. I was a little concerned when I first put it on because it appeared to be too close to my flag holder but they sent a new rear mtg. bracket that moved it further away from the grab bar and the flag holder.

I re-jetted the bike with the 180 main (Dyno-jet) for 0-3000' elevation.

The quad used to bog down if the RPM's weren't high enough, now it powers right through the low R's.

I cannot wait to go to Sand Mt. to give it a real test.

Next up, CDI and Clutch Springs.

Did you notice a big difference? How much louder is it? Mellow and deep or obnoxious? I am going to do the CDI as soon as Knutz gets more in and really think I want to do a pipe, just don't want to be too loud.

Oh yea, it's loud. I like it. Sounds nice. I did buy the quiet core insert but, threw it on the shelf for trips that need it.

I rode in a flat wooded area yesterday so I was not able to notice the true power difference. I think I will have to go to Sand Mt. to really notice the overall power difference.

I did notice the amount of power I have on the low end (lower RPM's) has improved dramatically. This is huge, it makes riding easier (less shifting.)

I have not told my wife I bought it yet but, she did not notice the noise difference yesterday while I was loading it on the trailer.

Funny how we get in trouble for not noticing a new dress, haircut, etc. but, when we get something for our quad do they say anything??? Maybe I should get the 703 kit and see if she notices.

My wife still hasn't noticed that I bought the DS650. I park it under the bed.

I'm glad to here you like yours. I just ordered my Pro Circuit Slip-on, K&N Filter, & Jet Kit today from Rocky Mountain..it was like $275 for all three things. I e-mailed Pro Circuit a couple days ago, and I got an e-mail from them that said they will have a header out for the DS around July. It should be here around next Wendsday. I cant wait to get it on my bike, then I will see if it the Blaze can still holeshot it or not.
