Has anyone had a problem with their headlight and tach getting condensation on the inside of the lens. After washing my DS I noticed they were fogged. Is there a way to seal the tach, and would it hurt to plug the hole in the headlight(after it has dried out)?

I've had the hole in the back of my headlight plugged for two years- no problems, no more condensation

Thanks Majorecho, I guess I'll plug the headlight. Since you haven't had any problems in two years I guess its safe to do.

Avoid the tach with the spray nozzle - they are made to be moisture resistant, like rain and stuff, but not 1000psi from a pump, same as the o-ring chain.
I run a 100watt headlamp, and its puts off so much heat I need the vent hole open. I've never burnt one out yet.
I have burned out one tail light though, from water being blasted into it by the carwash. Avoid this too close too.
