How many people go trail ridein with there ds?

I have to disagree with the above posts. I have no problem with the weight issue but on the trails that I see the DS is just too wide. There are a lot of times I'm hitting both rear tires on trees.
If these are your trails and you're the only one riding them then this isn't an issue but the DS just never seems to fit in the grooves of other quads.
Once you get out of the trails though the DS is the best quad available IMO.

I ride in the coal region of PA. So I get about a 50%/50% mix I ride the trails to get to where I'm going, and the DS does very well IMO. No doubt that the DS shines in the wide open, but it does well in the woods too. I look at it this way, I never go 70mph through the trees anyway!! All the 400ex's and Raptors I'v riden with slow down for the narrow trees as much as I do. What's
-6in. going to do for you? Nothing!! Except make you tip!
But, to each there own!
The only time I ever got stuck was on a motorcycle trail that a LT80 couldn't have made it through!

i ride my ds in the woods and on the track. i love it, if i had a choice of any other quade i would go with a ds in a second. i have rode and raced a raptor. it was to small and tipy, and i would also kill it in a drag race down the road when we were both stock, not to mention im 100 lbs heavier than the kid on the raptot. pluse he also paid more for his, and to compair the two i found the ds is built much better(better shocks, quality, faster)
