RWR 45mm carb

Ok, I figured you guys could help me out here, since were on the topic of the RWR 45. Do you have to have the ported manifold, for it also. I would also like to knwo the power gains and losses of it. Thanks

Unfortunately you are going to need the ported manifold. You could probably take your old manifold to a high performance shop and they could match bore it to the carb, that ususally costs between $50.00 and $100.00. But I suggest you just spend the money, because you never know if you might need to put your old carb on for an emergency fix. That brings me to a question! Can you run the stock BSR with the ported manifold and still have it run good?

Figure this one, because I'm trying to sell some stuff, I went to my dealer to find out how much the stock carb goes for.

He quoted me $365. Wow, that's more than the 45 cost![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]
