I was out on the trail and hitting some side hills. I was at the top and chose to take this trail down. I saw the ruts in the trail and did not find it an issue. it was steep but not supper steep.. the front tires went in the ruts and the swing arm stayed on top of the ruts making the DS at MORE of an angle then the hill that part was ok until the front tires stoped moving!! Not really sure what I hit maybe a tree root or something but it fliped me forward over the handel bars.. I rember thinking this is gonna hurt.. Well I hit the ground perpendicular to the trail, My helmet was in 1 rut, back on the center of the trail, butt in the next rut and legs off the trail.. Then it happend. BANG the seat of the DS landed right on my stomach.. OUCH.. then continuted to roll and land on all 4 tires!! I guess it looked pretty wierd, the wheeler just came boucing out of the woods with out me on it!! NO harm done at all to the wheeler, a complete 4 side flip and it was FINE! no scrathes! guess my gut helped! I dont have a clue how I was not hurt 1 bit!! little stiff but thats it. Now if I had done a back flip just messing around I know I would have broke something!! Guess I was just luckey and glade it was NOT the sportsman!

Hey,
I was out doing doughnuts on a gravel road with my new DS Baja. Plenty of experience with road bikes, new to quads. Got the back tires off the gravel and into some hardpaked dirt and rock, tires hooked up at practically full throttle in 2nd gear, holy moses, the thing launched like a Saturn rocket straight up and back, right on top of me. My foolish embarressment aside, I now had to figure out how to extricate mayself from under that bad boy. The DS definately belongs on all fours and not on top of the semi skilled but now smarter operator!
