LOL!

Hurycne, you know that I hold you and Dusty partially responsible for this. If you guy's would have let him win a couple of races this may not have happened. LOL!

Biggerisbetter - I broke my headlight tabs too, flipping over backwards on at the top of a ridge. I used epoxy Putty - molded it around the broken tab and reinforced it with a nice thick layer spread out way further than the break itself. Its held for over 6 months now - its actually stronger than the original plastic. You need to rough the surfaces with sand paper or a dremmil first, and use the putty, not the liquid. Don't pay that God-aweful price for a new enclosure.

As for the bulb - do yourself a favor and get a brighter one, in Blue Xenon. The stock 60/55watt is as bright as you can get at most Auto parts stores, because 60watts is the limit for street legal. In Dennis Kirk, JC Wittney, and other offroad catalogs you can get 80/55, 100/55, and 120/80. I went with the 100/55, so my dim is still not too blinding when riding through the camp, but the 100watt bright is awesome out in the dunes, and the Blue Xenon will get you a lot of compliments from oncomers. The DS has the H-4 bulb, also known as 9003 series.
