I dynoed the Trinity pipe back to back with a Big Gun about three month ago. Just thought I would share my information. The Trinity made 2 less hp than the Big Gun at peak power, it was below the BG everywhere except from 3500 to 5000rpm where it averaged about 1 ft.lb. more torque. The slightly fatter torque curve at that rpm is probably due to those long head pipes. This engine was running 110, 109 web cams, ron wood piston and lectron 46mm carb. All in all its a fairly good pipe but we sent it back because it didnt produce what it should have. Eric
I couldn't help but notice that you have done some thorough dyno testing of the DS and different combos. When you do the dyno testing between different products do you check the A/F ratio and tune for optimal performance? Do you have any way to adjust the timing? Thanks for the great information you have supplied so far.

yes, if the bike was under or over jetted with one of the pipes the HP numbers would not be accurate.

Would it be your opinion that the results would be about the same with a stock DS that has no rev limiter. I have a Trinity on order and it will ship next week so I have time to reconsider the BG. Your opinion would be appreciated very much.

Hey Mr. big horse power, I know that you are probably only doing short drags with your DS but I hope you realize your that you are starting to melt your piston at 1300! Be careful! And as for you Majorecho! What game are you playing about this Trinity pipe!? I am pretty sure I saw one on your Quad at Sand MTn, on Labor Day!. LOL
