To whom it may concern:
It is no secret that there are fellow atv and DS650 riders here in the states that are going without motors. Seems as though there is an issue between Knutz Concepts and Team Pami. I'm not saying that this issue is completely Team Pami's fault nor is Knutz Concepts fault it is both. While you guys are having your pissing contest there are good hard working people that are making monthly payments on quads without motors. They are the real losers, while everyone else is posting pictures of their latest dune trip, these guys are posting pictures of there DS without a motor. This needs to be resolved ASAP!!!! Team Pami is a much bigger company than is Knutz Concepts, therefore Pami should step up to the plate. I can asure you that there are several people (me for one) sitting in the wings waiting to see how this works out. I can guarentee you if you guys make this right, you will be inandated with orders from the great DS folks that have been waiting for a builder. I'm not saying to take the whole hit but don't make the guys who own the motors suffer, send them back then take it up with Don.

this is what I would do....keeping in mind it will be difficult to collect from Pami (non U.S.)
1. did you sign a contract or get a receipt with Knutz?
2. get your paperwork and notes in order
3. file in small claims court against Knutz on your own
4. pay extra to have a Nevada State Marshal hand deliver the papers (nice effect)
5. check to see how much you can get in small claims court ($5,000 I think)
6. when you state your case and Knutz states his, the judgment will obviously be made in your favor.
7. hopefully he will pay up.
8. if he doesn’t pay, file the judgment as a lean on his house until he pays. If he doesn’t pay, leave the lean in place and it will be satisfied when he sells his house.
