Default boycott PAMMI

Well I am not going to say to much, but Pami does have another reason to go after Knutz besides what he owes them monitarily. For that reason alone I think the Pami is fine to release the motors with payment and i am glad they are doing so. With Pami only actually having 2 of the motors in there hands, the rest of the motors have to be in his garage. I think Knutz should give back the motors and ther components at the least so they can be built by someone else and these people can once again be riding. To assemble one of these motors isnt rocket science and knutz isnt the only one to be able to do it. I think then after the motors are atleast been returnd to there owners, the owners should file class action law suit for the monies owed to them from there deposits pluss a settlement for inconvenience and life effects. Even though Knutz has no money there is a way for them to get the money back. It is called the victums comensation fund and he pays by serving jail time and community work programs. Even though it is an Inc. company, Don is the CEO or whatever and can be held accountable for the companies actions, just ask Enron. If Don doesnt comply with releasing the motors, file a law suit and press charges for theft and they can go in under warrent and retreive the motors. The only problem with that is the motors could be held as evidence prolonging there return. But they dont havethem anyways and as long as they are collecting dust in his garage that may be even fatser way still yet. Thats my .02 on the subject LOL

Even if the check had been stolen, if it wasnt cashed, then he would still have the money and it would not be a big deal to write another one. If he had claimed it had been cashed then I would demand a capy of the stament proving so.

The check was stolen and WAS cashed here in town, then the bank reimbursed him the money.

From what he told me, the reason he went back on his deal with Organ Donor is because the price of a crate motor dropped dramaticly during that time period.

I WILL TRY TO CONFIRM THIS!!!

I believe there are 1 or 2 motors being held by customs too. Those may be DuneDevils because I know for a fact that he told me his engines were done! So I think they got held up by customs on the way back from Pami. Do you have to pay money directly to Customs? If that's the case the same thing will happen to Waynes motor on its way back into the US.

I hear the "Customs" excuse is a crock of $*%#. PAMI said there are NO motors in customs. Maybe Wayne can enlighten us about that??

I think they are at customs, mine was there and then went back to Pami, instead of Don. Gottfried said he took my motor to customs to split it up with the other one so it is there again now. so far everything is OK.

Just because something drops in price or goes on sale doesn't mean anything!!! This isn't Circuit City!! A deal is a Deal

I did ask for a copy and of course he refused.
