I got the same thing

we, Team Pami are in contact with Wayne - that`s the only
motor (from that missing motor group) we have.

The problems are:
- The parts and our work for this motor isn`t paid, nothing.

- This motor (and the order) was send to us from "Knutz Concepts",
custom said (the German and the U.S.) it has to go back to the
same person from where it came ! (Don)

- The owner of a second motor (not from that "missing motor group")
which came together with Wayne`s motor, is still "unknown" - what
should we do with that???

- Even if I would send Wayne`s motor back; it`s empty, no gearbox, crank,
clutch....only a modified case? Don has the other parts.

And please "a last thing" - this situation isn`t our fault, we try to help,
but we don`t want to discuss that at different forums.

I hope this explainations are what you`re expecting,

How can this be??? Where are the "OTHER" motors?? How many "MISSING" motors are there??
Can Wayne just pay Pami for "his" stuff...have it "released" to Dandy Don...and be @ his house to pick up his motor in a sack??

If it's "unknown"...how do you know it's not from the missing motors group?? Where did the motor come from?? Dandy Don's...then it must be one of the missing motors....one would think.


This whole thing is just a little bizarre to me.

1. How much is owed to Pami for "each" missing motor?? Are you guys willing to pay that to get your motor back in the states?? Will Pami let this happen?? If Pami is not willing to do this without a good reason...then I think 14mins is correct.

2. Have Dandy Don send all of your motor stuff he has in his garage back to you NOW!!! I "assume" it is sitting in Don's garage in a box marked "Wayne's motor", etc.

Here's the deal, Pami will not send the motors back till they get paid. Don't blame them. What needs to happen is Knutz needs to let us know who else's motor Pami has, Wayne's and ?. Then have those people send the money directly to Pami, Pami will then send the motor's back to Don where he puts them back together. I'm sure at this point the missing motor guys as well as Don will be willing to either pay a little more (missing motor guys) or take a little hit (Don) to get this done.

Bottom line is they are both in a pissing contest and will not work together. That being said the losers in this game are the missing motor guys. Step up to the plate Don, Pami too.

 

918sTaxi is real close to what is up at this point.

I have the motor number, and it is not one from our group, I know all of those numbers. Gottfried is only given a work order with the motor number, so he don't know who's it is. I think Gottfried would help out (not financially) in trying to get the parts back, but they do have to go back to Don, per the customs paperwork. The amount owed Gottfried is quite a bit more than I owe Don, since I put half down. I'm sure Don would put it back together if he had the motor,So I hope Don and I and the rest of the missing motor guys+ PAMI can come up with an agreement to get these things moving.

 

Okay- Think about this-

Will pammi release waynes motor for the actual amount that Wayne owes on the job???? I doubt it. Pammi is holding his engine hostage for PAST MONEY DON OWES ON OTHER MOTORS AND PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PAMMI IS JUST GIVING A RUN AROUND AND MAKING THEM SELVES LOOK STUPID TO ANYONE OVER 30 YEARS OLD.

 

When Wayne pays what he owes and if pami still doesn't give the motor back I guess that could be considered stealing. If you guys pay your dues to Pammi and you do not receive you motor I would suggest to get a lawyer. Thats just my 2 cents.

KRs got the right idea...we need to get organized first of all...a website with a list of the people (active members and JAFOs, everyone)who are missing motors (serial numbers would help), the date you sent your motor to Don (gads!), how much money you gave Don up front would be optional. Lets make the facts known publicly...and pics are worth a thousand words...Waynes nausiates me everytime!

I wanted to say total "PROPS" to VEGAS650 for being an honest brother on this forum...he made a good point...and I don't think putting the smack on him just because he's readily available would help serve this cause--he's not the only person that had a successful transaction with Knutz/PAMI so there are others between the same rock and hard place. No, I am not interested in Knutz Concepts whether or not he ever gets it together...And,honestly I didn't feel that sending emails to PAMI would warrant any tangeble goods for those in need....not that it wasn't a good intention but we'd be better off trying to collectively emplore the empathy of Bombardier for a killer package deal on "X" number of engines to bring some closure here...perhaps even get Gary of TVI involved if he'd be willing (I dont claim to understand the workings of customs, but why wouldn't they allow the redirection of goods to TVI as a PAMI distributor?)...certainly Bombardier or PAMI could use a tax right off and any donations to a good cause would be considered valid...we must organize as a non-profit organization and seek gifts or least negotiate a deal.

I'm totally supportive of an organized attempt to retrieve the engines and think that we've got enough intelligence to get over this hurdle if we brainstorm and create a starting point. And I am willing to offer any kind of support that I'm capeable of...time, money, ideas, (sorry computer skills not part of my rep.)etc. I think the topic of Knutz is now old and obviously is getting us nowhere...see my point? Lets ORGANIZE and get something done for/with these guys!

I don't want to speak for 14mins or anything, but, as far as I am concerned, 14mins is one of the most generous people I have ever met. He is truly dedicated to the sport of atv'ing and for people having fun! It doesn't matter what brand of quad you ride, 14 is always a hoot to be around and offers good and useful advice! I for one , don't like to see anyone get a raw deal and hope everything works out. I too, like many others wanted more information on this issue and would like to help in some way. Just because 14mins rides a "slow Raptor" doesn't mean he's a bad guy or he's sick! You are right, this is getting quite old!
