Default Leak or no Leak???

I put some clear radiator hose on that I got from home depot. I started my quad up to make sure there is no kinks. As I walked around my quad to see if the coolant is flowing freely I noticed a small stream of coolant dripping on the floor of my garage. I tightened all the clamps up to make sure that it wasn't leaking from any of the hoses. It still was leaking I looked underneath the waterpump and a small hole was there and that was where the coolant was coming from. Heres my question is that hole supposed to be there it looks like it does because its a perfectly drilled hole and I haven't drilled any holes into my quad!!!

Could be time to change your waterpump seals and shaft, it you have some small drips from your weep hole.
