I have a?
Hey guys...our Isralie brother is having some major difficulties here! I'm in my last semester as a freshman at DSU thanks to this forum, and my own trials and tribulations...so if you see the need to edit my humble offerings of help please do so...
I pretty much have the same setup as you--except my T-4 is now hanging in my garage and a tuneable Wb E-series is on...I have only a couple of rides on it with the 12 disks it came with but have ordered another doz (and longer bolts) and plan on getting it dialed in to my liking soon...
So your quad was running good before you installed the DJ kit? If yes then I would rule out electrical problems...the kit came with pretty good instructions as well as explaination of fuel circuitry (idle, 1/4 to 3/4 throttle, and WOT), and troubleshooting...you should have access to a carb diagram through this forum...make sure you didn't misplace or misalign any of the seals, springs, or spacers on the carb when reassembling it...and didn't get any sand/dirt inside...
How does your exhaust look at 3/4 to WOT? If it turns black or sooty then your getting too much fuel...if it doesn't then it's too lean...or not getting fuel due to some mechanical settings like the float out of adjustment...float not allowing the bowl to fill up completely resulting in "fuel starvation". Either of these situations and you'd get the poor running problem your experiencing...
I would guess that the air over there is very dry...no? double check your intake boot for cracks...I've heard of people using cigarette smoke to locate a crack (while engine is running hold cigarette close and look for smoke being pulled into any opening around the carb or boots). This may be very bad advice so please be careful if you try it...as bad as using ether and a match to reseat a tire!
...take your time, be patient, be thorough (complete) while checking each part of the carb and fittings...
I can't remeber if you've tried loosening your gas cap while running it--checked the vent hose for a pinch? Also checked fuel tank for trash?
I'm away from my home right now and don't have access to my dynojet instructions so I can't be any more thorough than this...I hope you find the problem soon...good luck and keep us posted!

The jet kit and your pipe combo will make you hit the rev limiter more quickly. You could just be hitting the rev limiter, causing your ds to sputter. If you buy an aftermarket cdi it will be much better. Ron Woods, pami, alba, and I think gradon sells one. The Rw and pami have no rev limit and IMO are the best.
