Yeah, get 'em. I have a DS and a Baja, I liked my DS wheels with XCTs better so I put them on my Baja.
Yeah, the wheels that were supposed to "fix" the twitchy steering I put on my old DS (with TimmyBoy upper A-arms) and guess what, the Baja, with the Douglas wheels, was just fine. That whole story about the wheel offset being the fix was a load of Bullsh!+! I think Bomb was doing a Yamaha and not wanting to do a recall. After all, why would they retool to make new A-arms if it wasn't to fix the problem? But all is well in DS land. I am so impressed with the Baja, they really did fix everything. I can still hit the rev limiter, but it is not obnoxious the way it was with the stock DS. I keep thinking I should take the Works shocks and the Pami CDI off the DS and put them on the Baja before I sell the DS, but then I say, eh, why bother? The Baja is pretty great the way it is.....
