What Torque Wrench to get?
I have a Craftsman, it has the adjustment dial at the bottom for N*m and for ft*lb measurements. It is a 3/8 drive, and it measures from 4-80 N*m, I think. It is really nice since that is where the majority of your bolts fall into. I got it for $80 or so. I will check on the model in a few, and will reply.

Mmmmkay, here's what we have:
Craftsman Digitork- model # 44596 (3/8) or for 1/2, 44597
44596: capacity- 5-110 N*m or 5-80 ft-lbs at 1 N*m increments
44597: capacity- 35-340 N*m or 25-250 ft-lbs at 2 N*m increments.
I am quite happy with it, and use it frequently. A good buy at about $80.

I bought two decent torque wrenches recently at Harbor Frieght...an In/lbs and a Ft/lbs...I don't remember what the specs are on each but I got them both for less than $50 and they seem to be doing the job since I don't wrench for a living I suppose they'll hold up just fine. They are pretty cool...they "click" or "break over" when you reach the specified torque instead of having a bar pointer so I think they're more accurate...
