outlander 400 ride review
After owning two Polaris 2X4 quads, I was looking at a Sportsman 600 for my first 4X4. Then I read a post on the Polaris side from a member who test rode a Grizzly, a Sportsman 500 and the Outlander 400. He ended up buying the Outlander. His reasons - most notably ride and handling (and it was just as fast as the Sporty) - got me interested enough to do some searching on the web including reading this thread. Now I'm really interested.
My question is: Are there any aftermarket performance parts available? Clutch kit, pipe, etc? I'm one of those guys that always wants just a little more than the factory delivers. Also, can 26 or 27" tires be put on without a lift kit?
Any information would be appreciated, including more stories from guys who've raced against Sportsmans.
