Waynoka, OK. is the little town that host Little Sahara state park .


If you want big crowds and alot of action come to Snake hunt,or make any of the big 3 day weekends. If you want the place to yourself with alot of smooth dunes go NOW!! its cold.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Also I think LS(okla) is the best place to go if it is this is your first trip to the dunes, or if you hardly ever take big road trips. They have a convienant store in camp, also they have ATV shops in camp. Great facilities(restrooms,showers,eletrical hooks,running water,etc.), and last but certainly not least, if thier is a misshap in the dunes, the place is not so big where you are to far from camp,or help.

mudstud i live just outside madison wi,and we go alot to silverlake and little sahara ok. silverlake is ok but after one day of riding you'r about ready to go home (alot of dnr and rules ect) but the drive from here (madison) to little sahara is about 15hrs non stop and you'r there. thats not so bad and this place is huge!!!!!!!! big dunes flat area for racing, jumps. you can even rent a house right on waynoka and trailer in and out of the park (about $200 for 4 days) this summer we plan on going to saint anthonies but might end up going back to little sahara as well. watch out for the guy with horns he's bigger[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Jeffroe, if you and Mudstud drive the 15 hours to LS,Ok, Kyle and I will meet you guys there!..It's a long 5 hour trip for me and a really long haul for Kyle!...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
