If i fail to adjust my valves?

Intake valve clearance typically will be the first to deminish, to the point of once the clearance is all gone, the valve will not be completely closing, suit blowing back into the carb. If an exhaust valve isn't sealing, you be blowing fire heat into the headpipes. And of course - power loss with both.

 

Could it lead serius damege?

 

If you neglect it for long enough, I would think that bending valves, doing internal damage to the engine would result.

Checking Current Clearances, part C at the link above. Its easy to check the clearance, only disassembly is the removal of the head cover. If they're okay, you're cool, if they're not in spec you must adjust.
