So Hightower how is the bike after the rebuild. I get mine back tommorow. Hopefully I'll be able to throw it on the dyno and get some #'s back. How does it hold up to Bigwaynes and Rocky bikes? How much quicker, powerfull etc. Give us the scoop.

Conditions were too sloppy to race, so we never did, so I can't compare.
It is a screamer though, I wanna hit a dyno soon too. it pulls so hard, all the way to 10K, with little to no bottom end loss. The cam combination and portwork were matched up for the best of all worlds, and I couldn't be happier. I climb hills in 3rd that I used to use 2nd on. I can't believe the revs man - 9600 in 5th gear, and I'm not even done tweeking the carb! I'm talking 90mph with 15/40 gearing! But its not all top speed - its how fast you get there, and it gets there much quicker than before. Can't wait to hit some real sand!

HIghtower, BRING THAT MEAN SOB!! to Snake Hunt man!! and bring Wayne with you!!

you guys are getting me excited as he!!

KMDuner, please brake that thing in before strapping it to a dyno! I would say atlease 20 hrs. for some sort of brake in period would be much better, and plus your dyno runs will be better, after the new rings seal.

LETS GET IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good advice Bigger - I only have 3 hours on my new stuff.
I'd love to come to Snakehunt, but I got a big trip planned for Utah and Idaho in June, and me and the ol' lady are going to Yellowstone in May, and I got a Silver lake trip planned for April!! Just too full up this year, but I'll be at Snakehunt next year!

Bigger, I beat Hightower 4 out of 5 races, but nobody saw it.........Just kidding..It was Hightowers first ride with his mods, and the conditions were not that great, and I had a broken wrist.
