Angry:
Do you have the 105.5 mm now? Or is it a friend?
If it is a friend, are you still thinking of boring your cylinder and a sleeve to get the 105.5 bore?
This sealing issue is the norm not the exception (from what I have heard.)
If you use the Pami gaskets I can easly see a drop of some fluid from the head getting on the gasket causing a leaking point.
Clean the $hit out of all surfaces and try to dry out the head and cylinder before putting everything back together. Coolant has a way of getting into spots on these parts that it only comes out when it is turned a certain way and that usually is just as you are putting it on.

When I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do, a shop tryed to talk me into sleaving a stock cylinder to get a 105 or 106 bore. I've never been a big fan of that, and another engine builder confimed my concerns, so I stayed clear.
Among other things, there is not enough material left to hold the sleave in place once the motor is running. If the sleave moves, the seal is broken, it leaks! I learned a long time ago, if you want to do the extreme, get a second opinion. If the second opinion is different, get a third and fourth, at least.
