You may want to upgrade your head bolts to the Pami ones. TVI can get them for you too. They are a harder metal so not as prone to stretching.
Stock head gasket works fine. Get a new base gasket too.
Also, you will probably need heavy duty clutch springs with this mod (TVI, Pami, Ron Wood) and gasket for the clutch cover just in case.

Pami (TVI) use an all metal gasket with an automotive caulking / sealant coating on both sides (re-usable). Pami sells them but, I am not sure if they manufacture them or not (not much to it really since it is just metal.)
RWR uses stock gaskets (I think) since they don't offer a bigger bore.
Not sure what Sam Coe does for their 730.

the stock gasket is metal with a black coating on each side. What makes the Pami better? How is it reusable - its the coating that comes off from sticking to the head and base that usually warrants replacement on most motors - does this Pami coating not stick?
Has anybody really ever seen stretched head bots? that's a new one on me. You'd think the aluminum crankcase would tear before the steel would stretch.
