Can you select your Rev-limits with out the programing software.....probably not huh?

Yes you can. When you order the CDI, tell them what you want.

If you get it through Russellkarting, he will program what you want right there before he sends it to you. When you get the box and check it out, you can determine what curves you like and send it back to him and have new curves (or rev limits) put in for you to play with.

The one that is on sale on the internet should be able to be done the same to. I don't know for sure. I would call them and find out. They might be able to do all of that and not know it!!!!! The box's are the same, but the arrangements from the manufacture might me different. I don't know. Call and find out.

That idea of being able to fine tune the CDI to your machine could really be handy. No two machines are a like & having the ability to make just one more piece of the puzzle fit perfectly with the rest as they work together could really yield some nice returns.

DuneDevil can hook you up on the Vortex cdi.

Its pretty cool.
