I was just wondering if any one else has this hapen to them. Both of my front fenders have broke off repeted times. I keep taking them off and welding them back together. They just break again in a diferent spot the next time out. Its getting to the point that i have more weld on the fender suport than anything. They are $100 new and there is no way I am going to pay that for that little bit of thin wall tube. I have broke them off the last 3 times i got it out of the garage. The last two where from landing a big table top on an mx track and the one before that was just trail riding. I work for a hydralic cylinder manufacturer and i am half tempted to get one of my freinds to fab up some new fender suports out of our thick wall hydralic line. I know most of you probobly remove them for mx riding but i would rather not. Most of the tracks around here water the crap out of the track then send the quads out to practice first to get rid of the mud. On a side note is there any bushings in the swing arm pivot? Mine seems to have a real small amount of slop in the swing arm. Thanks.

My left front fender sheared off, i think it was weakened from my only roll over. I was thinking about having a friend weld it, but dosen't sound like that will work. I looked into replacing the part also, but agree with you that the price is ridiculus. I wonder what it would cost to build one these bikes from parts?
