You dont really need one. A lot of people remove them.. Its mainly keeps mud out..or rocks.. cant really get your foot cought in it.

 

I will look around for my plastic one,,,if you find one let me know, because it is hard telling where mine is[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

I've got a slightly damaged carbon fiber one that I got from Knutz for free, so I guess you could have it for a hundred bucks.
