The Wysiwyg editor uses a Microsoft Active X control that ins't always installed on every computer. Just stick the CD in the drive the 1 time and it will never ask you again. If you can't or if it's a problem, under CUSTOMIZE change it to no use the wysiwyg editor. The wysiwyg editor is much better though because it has spell check and some other nice features.
